We have an easy to find office on Main Street in downtown Pagosa Springs next to the Courthouse. There is plenty of parking for cars or campers. Because we are downtown we are conveniently located near the Courthouse, real estate title services, lenders, attorneys, and other services that smooth the path of property purchase.

Our Midtown Location is just that!!! It sits in the middle of town next to the hardware store, banking and not far from our local grocery stores. You'll find our agents there friendly and always will to help.

As for me, I certainly like all of the aspects of mountain life that all others find enjoyable. I get out and enjoy many recreational activities from time to time such as motor cycling, backpacking and fly fishing, but just the drive down Putt Hill each morning looking at the view of the Continental Divide arching around Pagosa Springs is enough for me to know I'm living in the right place.

I live northwest of Pagosa Springs with my lovely wife. My oldest daughter, Sherry, earned an art degree from Ft. Lewis College in Durango and is now married.

I was blessed almost 5 years ago to become a grandfather. My first grandson, Noah James, and recently, my second grandson, Cayden Benjamin, brighten my life.

Alisha, my second daughter completed her study for a music degree at Ft. Lewis College, and is currently living in Denver. Kimberly, my youngest, recently married and plans to teach school.

We certainly enjoy the mountain life and all the amenities that Pagosa offers. A very special aspect of this area that we love is the strong Christian community. It strongly attracts a large sized community of good Christian people who make good neighbors and friends.

We are proud that the Pagosa Springs Area supports three Christian schools. It is especially satisfying to know that each Sunday morning churches across the San Juans are full of people praising and worshiping God.
